Working Principle

The Hydraulic Shearing machine uses one blade to reciprocate linear motion relative to the other blade to cut the plate. The upper blade of the shearing machine is fixed on the knife holder, and the lower blade is fixed on the workbench. A material holding ball is installed on the workbench to keep the sheet from being spoiled when sliding on it. The back gauge is used for positioning the plate, and the position is adjusted by the motor. The pressing cylinder is used to compress the sheet material to keep it from moving during shearing. The guardrail is a safety device to prevent industrial accidents. The return is driven by nitrogen gas, which is fast with little impact.

Maintenance

• Operate the machine strictly complying with the operating regulations
• Before starting the machine, add lubricating oil regularly according to the lubrication chart. The oil should be clean&free of precipitation
• The machine must always be kept clean, and the unpainted parts should be protected by the grease.
• The lubricating oil in the motor bearings should be replaced and refilled regularly, and the electrical parts should be regularly checked.
• Regularly check the V-belt,handle,knob,and keys for any damage and should be replaced.
• Regularly check&repair the switch,button,handle, and ensure its reliable operation.
• Strictly operated by designated personnel and should be powered-off once the operator is not beside the machine.
